1. No. 322 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.04.2024
1-1. No. 591 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 08.09.2023
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 11, 2009 No. 617 "About implementation of ministerial procedures by tax authorities":
in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
in word part one "parts of the second or fourth" shall be replaced with words "parts two";
to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:
