The procedure for establishment and official publication of the official rates of foreign currencies in relation to ruble in non-working days is determined according to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of March 14, 2019 No. 5094-U "About procedure for establishment and publication by the Central bank of the Russian Federation of the official rates of foreign currencies in relation to ruble", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 10, 2019 No. 54330.
3. This Instruction according to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of April 3, 2020 No. 8) become effective from the date of its official publication.
