1. Approve enclosed:

1) approval procedure for conversion of goods out of customs area, response, cancellation, recovery of permission to conversion of goods out of customs area according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

2) the application form for conversion of goods out of customs area and procedure for its filling according to appendix No. 2 to this order;

3) form of permission to conversion of goods out of customs area and procedure for its filling according to appendix No. 3 to this order;

4) the application form about modification of permission to conversion of goods out of customs area according to appendix No. 4 to this order;

5) form of refusal of customs authority in modification of permission to conversion of goods out of customs area according to appendix No. 5 to this order;

6) form of permission to replacement of products of conversion with equivalent foreign goods when making transactions on warranty (non-paid) repair according to appendix No. 6 to this order.

2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service modification of information software of the Single automated information system of customs authorities for the purpose of realization of possibility of the direction of the documents specified in Item 1 of this order in the form of electronic documents within 180 days from the date of official publication of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order by the Federal Customs Service on the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Trunin I. V.

4. To assign control of execution of this order by the customs authorities subordinated to the Federal Customs Service to the Head of the Federal Customs Service Bulavin V. I.

5. This order becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
