About some questions of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of enhancement of system of training of aviation personnel of civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of Academy of Civil Aviation joint-stock company to the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 1999 No. 659 "About assignment of rights on ownership and use of the state blocks of shares and the state shares in the organizations which are in republican property":

in the list of the state blocks of shares and the state shares in the organizations of republican property, the right of possession and uses of which is transferred to the industry ministries and other state bodies, approved by the specified resolution:

Section to "Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

add in the line, sequence number 389-6, of the following content:

"389-6. Academy of Civil Aviation joint-stock company.";

in the Section to "Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

397, to exclude line, sequence number.

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 862

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
