1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 239 "About approval of Rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10826, it is published on May 15, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

Rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of implementation of restrictive actions, including quarantine, in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system" (further - the Code) and determine procedure of restrictive actions, including quarantine:

1) in case of threat of delivery of infectious diseases from abroad on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) in case of cases of infectious diseases in the republic, in the separate territories and objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Restrictive actions, including quarantine, are entered by the decision of the chief state health officer of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the corresponding territory (on transport)) or his deputies in case of origin, threat of delivery and spread of the infectious diseases provided by the list of infectious diseases in case of threat of origin and which distribution is entered restrictive actions, including quarantine (further - the List), the approved order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 25, 2015 No. 130 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10527), according to Articles 21, 150 Codes.

3. In case of threat of delivery and spread of the infectious diseases provided by the List according to Articles 21, 150 Codes are entered restrictive actions, including quarantine which include measures:

2) providing specific mode of business and (or) other activity.

4. In case of threat of origin and spread of the infectious diseases which are not provided in the List in the separate territories (objects) the decision of the chief state health officer of the corresponding territory (on transport) or his deputies, and also on departmental objects - the head of structural divisions of other state bodies performing activities in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population enters restrictive actions without introduction of quarantine according to Articles 21, 150 Codes.
