About some questions of regulation of export of separate types of forest products

According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", and also Section 10 of Appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, I ORDER:

1. Impose export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months of separate types of forest products (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 4401, 4403, 4404, 4406 and 4407).

2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure:

inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1;

submit for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission the offer on introduction of the measure specified in Item 1 of this order on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
