The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form:

The state inspection of town planning of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of development of communities and the territories and which realizes state policy concerning the state architectural construction supervision and supervision;

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 903 "About designer's and test authority during architecture asset construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 52, the Art. 2107):

1) to add the Procedure of designer's service during construction of facilities of architecture approved by the specified resolution, Item 8 of the following content:

"8. In case of identification of variations from the project decisions allowed during asset construction and refusal of the contractor to eliminate them, person exercising designer's service reports about it to the customer (builder) and relevant organ of the state architectural construction supervision for taking measures according to the legislation.";

During the asset construction of architecture approved by the specified resolution words of "the relevant inspectorate of the state architectural construction supervision" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 7 of the Procedure for test authority to "relevant organ of the state architectural construction supervision".

According to the procedure of implementation of the state architectural construction supervision, No. 553 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 40, Art. 1647; 2017, No. 49, Art. 1528; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1260):

1) paragraph two of Item 2 of the Procedure for the holding professional certification of executives in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture, approved by the specified resolution after the words "and expert" to add with the words "the contractor, the chief state inspector, the chief inspector of construction supervision and other officials who perform functions on implementation of the state architectural construction supervision";

2) the list of work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture which executives in charge pass professional certification, approved by the specified resolution to add with Items 6 and 7 of the following content:

"6. Construction of facilities which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with averages (CC 2) and considerable (CC 3) effects.

7. Implementation of the state architectural construction supervision and state architectural and construction supervision.".

4. Appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, 86, the Art. 2882) to add No. with the following line item: "GIGABYTE 90 90 570 570".
