About suspension of conducting exit checks of banks

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine, directed to prevention of origin and spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)" DECIDES: Board of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Stop for the period till last calendar day of month (inclusive) in which action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19), carrying out all types of scheduled exit inspections of banks, other persons which are objects of supervision (oversight) of the National Bank of Ukraine comes to the end.

2. Determine that for establishment of quarantine the current of terms of conducting the checks begun before entry into force of this resolution stops. From the date of the termination of quarantine the current of terms of such checks proceeds taking into account time which passed before its establishment.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova and the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
