1. Agreement purpose

1.1. The purpose of the Agreement is realization of provisions of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 19; 2020, No. 9, the Art. 1127) (further - the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ) in case of the address of person who received the certificate, or his spouse (spouses) to credit institution or single institute of development in the housing sphere for the purpose of payment of the initial contribution and (or) repayment of principal debt and interest payment on the credits or loans for acquisition (construction) of premises, including mortgage loans, provided according to the credit agreement (loan agreement) (further - the Credit), by filing of application about the order means (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital (further - MSK) in the Bank/organization, the granted Loans, for reducing time of consideration of the application about the order means of MSK and money transfer under the provided agreements due to electronic interaction between territorial authorities of RPF and credit institutions or single institute of development in the housing sphere, synchronization of implementation of credit checks of person who received the state certificate on MSK, and its rights to the order means of MSK.

1.2. Activities of the Parties concerning realization of provisions of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 256-FZ in case of the address of person who received the certificate, his spouse (spouses) in credit institution or single institute of development in the housing sphere for the purpose of payment of the initial contribution and (or) repayment of principal debt and interest payment on the Credits under the Agreement are performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The subject of the agreement are the organization and implementation of information exchange of the Parties electronically according to the Agreement purposes on a grant basis.
