In the context of the Resolution of Parliament on the announcement of emergency state (No. 55 of March 17 2020) and for the purpose of assistance of operational financial activities of professional participants of the non-bank market, according to provisions of the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 and Regulations about the organization and functioning of NKFR (The resolution NKFR No. 49/16 of 1:11. 2018, subitem 36 of Item 8) National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In departure from regulations of the Procedure of collection of charges and payments in the budget of the National commission on the financial market for 2020 (appendix No. 2 to the Resolution No. 51/12 from 28.10.2019) the regulating payments are deferred as follows:

1.1 Regulatory payments on functioning of the insurance companies, insurance and/or reinsurance intermediaries for March-June, 2020 are paid till July 25, 2020.

1.2 Payments of loan-and-savings associations / National central association of savings and loan associations and bureau of credit histories are performed:

a) for the first quarter, 2020 - till July 25, 2020;

b) for the second quarter, 2020 - till October 25, 2020;

c) for the third quarter, 2020 - till November 25, 2020.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of acceptance, is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the NKFR (www.cnpf.md) official web page.
