About approval of age categories of investors of Savings bank for payment of the indexed amounts in 2020
According to Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 1530/2002 on indexation of money deposits of citizens in Savings bank (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 174-176, 1337), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the following age categories of investors of Savings bank for payment of the indexed amounts in 2020:
1) the investors who were born till 1991 inclusive for payment of the indexed amounts corresponding to the first stage;
2) the investors who were born till 1951 inclusive for payment of the indexed amounts corresponding to the second stage.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
