According to the subitem 1) Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2014 "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy" and according to the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) form of the current information on the course of implementation of the rehabilitation procedure according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the current information on the course of implementation of insolvency proceeding according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) request form about provision of information on the course of implementation of the rehabilitation procedure or insolvency proceeding according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) Rules and terms of provision of the current and required information on the course of implementation of the rehabilitation procedure or insolvency proceeding according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 10, 2015 No. 159 "About approval of Rules of submission by the administrator of the current and required information on the course of implementation of the rehabilitation procedure and insolvency proceeding" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10708, it is published on May 4, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let);

2) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2015 No. 637 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 10, 2015 No. 159 "About approval of Rules of submission by the administrator of the current and required information on the course of implementation of the rehabilitation procedure and insolvency proceeding" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 12784, it is published on January 22, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
