About establishment of emergency mode in Kiev

For the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Kiev and on other regions of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus according to article 14 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine taking into account the decision of the permanent commission on questions of technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations of executive body of the Kiev city council (The Kiev city state administration):

1. Set emergency mode for territorial subsystem of single state system of civil protection of Kiev.

2. To the chairman of the Kiev city state administration:

provide coordination of actions for prevention of distribution in the territory of Kiev and on other regions of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus permanent and proper functioning of the corresponding territorial subsystem of single state system of civil protection;

provide to the Ministry of Health daily information on condition of implementation of actions for prevention of distribution in the territory of Kiev of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.
