According to part one of Item 2 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2014 "About rehabilitation and bankruptcy" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Establish:

1) the minimum limit of the main remuneration of the bankrupt managing director - 2 (two) minimum sizes of the salary established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year;

2) the maximum limit of the main remuneration of the bankrupt managing director - 3 (three) minimum sizes of the salary established by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 21, 2017 No. 265 "About approval of the minimum and maximum limits of the main remuneration of the temporary administrator, rehabilitation, interim and bankrupt managing directors, and also Rules of payment of such remuneration" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15134, it is published on May 30, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
