About export ban of some products
Based on Item i) parts (2) Article 7 and Item b) article 11 of the Law No. 1031/2000 on state regulation of foreign trade activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 119-120, 838), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Prohibit till April 15, 2020 inclusive export from the Republic of Moldova of the following products:
1) masks medical (goods items 630790, 481890);
2) gloves medical (goods items 401511, 401519);
3) biocidal products (disinfecting medical means) included in the National registry of biocidal products and the State register of medical products (goods item 3808).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
