About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. In part (2) article 8 of the Law on the Constitutional court No. 317/1994 (1995, No. 8, the Art. 86), with subsequent changes, words of "financial management and internal control" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "internal managerial supervision".
Art. II. - In Item d) article 6 of the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 65), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "financial management and internal control" "internal managerial supervision".
Art. III. - In part (3) article 24 of the Code about elections No. 1381/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 451-463, 768), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "financial management and internal control" "internal managerial supervision".
Art. IV. - In the part Item d 1) (1) article 9 of the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 209-211, 683), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "financial management and internal control" "internal managerial supervision".
Art. V. - In Item h) parts (4) article 9 of the Law on National institute of justice No. 152/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 387, of the Art. 789), with subsequent changes, words "financial management and internal control," shall be replaced with words "internal managerial supervision,".
