1. Approve the ceiling price of the liquefied oil gas realized within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of electronic trading platforms for the period from April 1 to June 30, 2020 in the amount of the 38th 701, 67 tenges (thirty eight thousand seven hundred one tenges sixty seven tiyn) for ton excluding tax on value added.
2. To provide to department of gas and oil and gas chemistry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
