About some questions of supply of oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Russian Federation

According to Item 9 of Appendix 1 to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2010 and Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" I ORDER:

1. Impose ban for a period of three months on import to the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Russian Federation by railway transport of gasoline, aviation and diesel fuel (the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes 2710 12 411 0 - 2710 12 590 0, 2710 19 110 0 - 2710 19 460 0).

2. To provide to development department of the oil industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) notification of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the notification of joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about taking measures to realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation;

3) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
