1. Determine that the maximum loan amount (loan) for the credits (loans) on which the borrower has the right to address the creditor with the requirement about change of conditions of the credit agreement (loan agreement) providing suspension of execution by the borrower of the obligations constitutes:

for consumer loans (loans) on which borrowers are physical persons, - 250 thousand rubles;

for consumer loans (loans) on which borrowers are individual entrepreneurs, - 300 thousand rubles;

for consumer loans (loans) providing consumer loan (loan) with crediting limit on which borrowers are physical persons, - 100 thousand rubles;

for consumer loans on the purpose of acquisition of vehicles with pledge of the vehicle - 600 thousand rubles;

for the credits (loans) issued for the purpose of, not connected with implementation of business activity and on which obligations are provided with mortgage, - 2 million rubles;

for the credits (loans) issued for the purpose of, not connected with implementation of business activity and on which obligations are provided with mortgage, - 4, 5 million rubles for the premises located in the territory of Moscow;

for the credits (loans) issued for the purpose of, not connected with implementation of business activity and on which obligations are provided with mortgage, - 3 million rubles for the premises located in the territories of the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and also the subjects of the Russian Federation which are part of the Far Eastern Federal District.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About the Central Bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation regarding Features of Change of Conditions of the Credit Agreement, Loan Agreement".
