Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, paragraphs two, the third, fifth and sixth No. 56-Z "About auditor activities" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of item 4 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013

1. Approve the Instruction on auditing regulation in banks, banking groups and bank holdings it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

certificates on compliance to the qualification requirements and requirements to goodwill imposed to the auditors rendering the auditor services in banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, banking groups and bank holdings issued before entry into force of this resolution are effective within five years. The current of term begins from the date of, the passing of the last testing following behind day in National Bank;

calculation of continuous seven-year term of carrying out statutory audit of the annual accounting and (or) financial reporting constituted by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, the same bank, the non-bank credit and financial organization, the same parent organization of banking group or bank holding begins since January 1, 2020.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions
