2. 3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of republican value and the capital:

1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;

These rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2020 and services in replacement and setup of speech processors to cochlear implants (further - Rules) are developed by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on providing the rights, improvement of quality of life of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan according to article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2019 "About the republican budget for 2020 - 2022" and the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2019 No. 908 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2020 - 2022".

The central authorized body in the field of social protection of the population (further - the administrator of the republican budget program) makes transfer of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital based on individual funding plan according to subprogrammes of 105 and 107 budget programs 058 for payments according to the procedure, approved by authorized body on budgetary planning.

Chapter 2. Procedure for use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2020 regional budgets, budgets of the cities of republican value, the capital on providing the rights and improvement of quality of life of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan

6. Target current transfers on providing the rights and improvement of quality of life of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan are used on:

1) route marking in the locations of the organizations oriented to servicing of disabled people;

2) arrangement of crosswalks sound devices in the locations of the organizations oriented to servicing of disabled people;

3) ensuring maintenance with sign language translation of broadcasting of news telecasts;
