About approval of the fourth action for neutralization of economic consequences of coronavirus

Assuming as a basis part 4 of article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Approve the fourth action for neutralization of economic consequences of coronavirus according to Appendix.

2. – till March 31, 2020 to provide to the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia procedure for provision of the lump-sum allowance established by this Resolution.

Fourth action for neutralization of economic consequences of coronavirus

1. The purpose of actions is the help to the families having children up to 14 years, which faced social problems as a result of the difficulties which arose in the labor market as a result of spread of coronavirus.

2. Beneficiaries of action are all families having children up to 14 years which have one of the following circumstances:

1) both parents are discharged from office during the period from March 13, 2020 to March 25, 2020;

2) one of parents is discharged from office during the period from March 13, 2020 to March 25, 2020, and the second had no work;

3) one of parents is discharged from office during the period from March 13, 2020 to March 25, 2020, and the second died, is recognized as the dead or the missing person;

4) single mother or the parent living with the child (if parents of the child are divorced) it is discharged from office during the period from March 13, 2020 to March 25, 2020.

3. The help is provided in the form of lump-sum allowance.

4. The help is provided in the amount of 100 000 dram on each minor child.

5. Cannot use this help families in which:

1) the size of the average monthly salary of the parent discharged from office specified in Item 2 presents of Appendix within 2 months preceding dismissal from work exceeded 500 000 dram;

2) the parent discharged from office specified in Item 2 presents of Appendix went to other work during the period from March 13, 2020 to March 25, 2020.
