1. Approve the enclosed Recommendation about functioning of objects of trade for action of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2020 No. 285 "About introduction of emergency state in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Recommendation).

2. To department of domestic trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this joint order to the attention of akimats of areas, cities of Almaty, Hyp-Sultan, Shymkent and to provide monitoring of execution of the Recommendation.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective from the date of signing.

Recommendations about functioning of objects of trade for action of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2020 No. 285 "About introduction of emergency state in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

These recommendations are developed for the purpose of safety of the population and prevention of spread of koronovirusny infection and provide restriction of operating time of shopping facilities. These recommendations extend to all territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. The shopping facilities limiting the functioning

1.1. Large shopping facilities (shopping centers, shopping centers, hypermarkets, trading houses, the food markets) at least 2000 square meters limit operating time from 10:00 to 18:00 o'clock and work with strengthening of sanitary and disinfection measures with full implementation of functions.

5) do not allow to work personnel with displays of sharp respiratory infections (the increased temperature, cough, cold);

6) to distribute instruction sheets on prevention of coronavirus for visitors;

To establish 7) sanitayzer for processing of hands, in sanitayzer to use multipurpose antiseptic substance with the prolonged antimicrobic action, or to provide issue of one-time gloves;

8) to carry out regular airing of objects, to disinfect forced-air and exhaust installations, to increase filtering and airing of rooms by air intake outside;

9) not to allow formation of queues more than 5 people with observance of distance between them at least one meter;

10) to fix ranking officers in the shopping facilities providing observance of the above-stated Items;

11) to provide issue of one-time gloves, masks to personnel on cleaning and their timely replacement;

12) to process the territory, adjacent to object, disinfectants at least 1 time a day.

1.2. The nonfood markets limit operating time from 11:00 to 17:00 o'clock and work with strengthening of sanitary and disinfection measures:

1) to provide use by personnel of one-time masks during the work (change of masks at least 1 time at 3 o'clock);

2) to introduce the strengthened disinfection regime: each hour special disinfectants to process tables, chairs, hand-rail of escalators, ladders and doors, elevators and each three hours - floors;

3) to introduce the strengthened disinfection regime: each hour carry out cleaning of toilets using special disinfectants;

To establish 4) sanitayzer for processing of hands, in sanitayzer to use multipurpose antiseptic substance with the prolonged antimicrobic action, or to provide issue of one-time gloves;

Not to allow 5) to work personnel with displays of sharp respiratory infections (the increased temperature, cough, cold);

To hire 6) on perhaps additional staff of clearing for disinfection of all surfaces;

1.3. To the objects of public catering (food courts, restaurants, cafe, bars, dining rooms, cookeries, etc.) located in the territory of shopping facilities to strengthen measures of sanitary safety, in particular:

1) to perform activities only by means of the goods delivery (food, drinks and other) to the consumer by means of own delivery service or other delivery services;

2) to provide use by personnel of one-time gloves and masks during the work (change of masks at least 1 time at 3 o'clock);

Not to allow 3) to work personnel with displays of sharp respiratory infections (the increased temperature, cough, cold);
