Recognize invalid Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for the public service of water supply, the sewerage and sewage treatment approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 741/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 33-38b to the Art. 258) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1020 of February 2, 2015.

3. This resolution comes into effect from the date of publication.
