In pursuance of the paragraph of third Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2013 "About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and paragraph two of subitem 12.1 of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2019 No. 460 "About the nation-wide automated information system" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 157

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for assurance on paper of information obtained from information resources (systems) by means of the nation-wide automated information system (are applied);

The regulations on order of interaction of the operator of the nation-wide automated information system with information intermediaries (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for financing of expenses on rendering electronic services by the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Electronic Services" to state bodies, including courts, other organizations, notaries and citizens (are on a grant basis applied).

2. Establish:

the list of the organizations rendering in quality of information intermediaries electronic services by means of the nation-wide automated information system according to appendix 1;

the list of basic state information resources according to appendix 2.

3. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2009 No. 673 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About information, informatization and information security" and about recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

3.1. to exclude from the name of the word "and about recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";

3.2. state preamble in the following edition:
