About approval of the UNIF18 form - the Single tax report (Declaration) and procedure for filling of the report

In pursuance of h (11) Art. 83 of the Tax code, according to the amendments made by the Law No. 178 of July 26, 2018 on modification of some legal acts (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, No. 309-320, to the Art. 496), I Order:

1. Approve:

UNIF18 form - The single tax report (Declaration) in compliance with appendix No. 1;

procedure for filling of the single tax report (Declaration) (UNIF18) form.

2.1. For determination of the tax liabilities on the income tax for tax period of 2018 and subsequent tax periods the single tax report is submitted separately as follows:

a) The standard form "Single Tax Report (Declaration)" - (the UNIF14) form, approved by the Order No. 1804 of December 30, 2014 on approval of the Single tax report (Declaration) (the UNIF14) form (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 115), – for the first stage;

b) UNIF18 form - The single tax report (Declaration) approved by this order since the second stage.

2.2. The tax liabilities on local charges and the non-personal tax for tax period of 2018 are declared by representation of the UNIF18 Form - the Single tax report (Declaration) with filling of appendix No. 5, of tables No. 6 and 7.

3. To the State Tax Service to bring this order to the attention of taxpayers by publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.

4. This order becomes effective since October 1, 2018.
