About approval of form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of consumer protection
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" and article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of consumer protection which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of January 11, 2018 No. 18/14 "About approval of form of the statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of consumer protection", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 5, 2018 for No. 142/31594.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
