1. Take into consideration that for the purpose of reduction of effects of spread of koronavirusny infection and the organization of rendering effective medical services by the sick Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan the reserve over 5 thousand beds in the public medical institutions is created.

2. Approve offers of the Special republican commission on preparation of the Program of measures for the prevention of delivery and spread of coronavirus in the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Special commission) about:

permission to render to the non-state medical organizations medical services by the patient infected with the koronavirusny infection carried to number of the infectious diseases requiring acceptance of emergency preventive and antiepidemiological measures according to the procedure of exception, for a period of up to September 1, 2020;

rendering medical services by the non-state medical organizations by the patient infected with koronavirusny infection it is exclusive on the basis of the agreements signed between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the non-state medical organizations.

3. Determine that:

determination by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the non-state medical organizations rendering medical services by the patient infected with koronavirusny infection is performed, according to the procedure of exception, without carrying out tender (tender);

the expenses of the non-state medical organizations connected with rendering medical services by the patient infected with koronavirusny infection become covered at the expense of means of Anti-recessionary fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

the term established in the paragraph the second Item 2 of this resolution can be changed by the Special commission.

4. Determine that proceeding from epidemiological situation, in case of need, on the basis of the decision of the Special commission, in coordination with the non-state medical organizations for determination of koronavirusny infection their laboratory and diagnostic services are used.

5. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take measures on:

to the operational conclusion of agreements on rendering medical services by the non-state medical organizations by the patient infected with koronavirusny infection;

to training of health workers of the non-state medical organizations in practical skills of the prevention of spread of koronavirusny infection, application of modern and effective methods of its treatment;

to entering into the Special commission of the offer on use of laboratory and diagnostic services of the non-state medical organizations proceeding from the epidemiological situation connected with spread of koronavirusny infection;

to conducting strict accounting of results of placement and treatment of patients in the non-state medical organizations;

to ensuring activities of service personnel of the non-state medical organizations with strict observance of requirements of personal hygiene;

to ensuring processing with disinfectants of buildings and constructions of the non-state medical organizations on system basis;

to creation in necessary quantity of reserve of disinfectants for full holding disinfection actions.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. A. Abduvakhitov.
