About additional measures for support of the health workers and employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service involved to counteraction to spread of koronavirusny infection

Health workers and employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service of the whole world show dedication in the prevention of spread of koronavirusny infection (COVID-19), ensuring health and sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population.

For the purpose of additional social and material support of health workers, employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service and other workers involved to works on counteraction to spread of koronavirusny infection, recognizing their powerful contribution and dedicated work to protection of life and health of citizens:

1. Establish the special additional stimulating payment (further - special payment) to the health workers, employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service and other workers contacting to the patients infected with koronavirusny infection, conducting activities on subjects to accommodation of the infected patients and in laboratories on detection of koronavirusny infection for each chetyrnadtsatidnevny period of their activities (less taxes) in the following sizes:

to medical personnel, laboratory doctors - 25 million sum;

to average medical personnel, medical sisters laboratory assistants - 15 million sum;

to junior medical personnel - 10 million sum;

to other workers - 5 million sum.

The republican anti-recessionary commission (A. N. Aripov) in week time to approve the additional list of other workers - receivers of the special payments involved to the actions provided by this Item.

2. Determine that special payments are made on quarantine effective period, including for March of the current year following the results of each fourteen-day period of activities of the worker.

3. Approve the amount of lump additional payments in connection with damnification to health or deterioration in the state of health with irreparable effects of health workers, employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service and other workers who caught koronavirusny infection according to appendix.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on permanent basis of health workers, employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service and other workers involved to actions for counteraction to spread of koronavirusny infection, coming into contact with the infected patients, the sets of individual protection equipment having high degree of protection.

5. To make the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution at the expense of means of Anti-recessionary fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

The amount of lump additional payments in connection with damnification to health or deterioration in the state of health with irreparable effects of health workers, employees of sanitary and epidemiologic service and other workers who caught koronavirusny infection
