1. 2. To provide to the State Tax Committee, the State Customs Committee and Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection conducting daily monitoring of the prices of the medicines, products of medical appointment, medical equipment, materials and substances used in their production and essential goods and also to establish strict control of artificial overestimate of the prices, non-admission of formation of artificial deficit and the increased demand for these means.

3. During action of the Procedure to provide, according to the procedure of exception, the Special republican commission on preparation of the Program of measures for the prevention of delivery and spread of coronavirus in the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Republican commission) formed by the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 29, 2020 No. R-5537 the right:

decision makings about action for a period of up to three months of privilege on the value added tax for the separate finished pharmaceutical products and products of medical appointment included in the List of medicines and products of medical appointment when which importing the privilege on the value added tax, No. 49 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 25, 2011 "On regulation of import of finished pharmaceutical products and products of medical appointment" does not expatiate;

reduction to 0 percent of rates of customs duties and the excise tax for a period of up to three months when importing separate types of essential goods with forming of their list.
