For the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population in the territory of the Russian Federation and according to article 80 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Establish from March 30 to April 3, 2020 non-working days with preserving for workers of the salary.

2. This Decree does not extend to workers:

a) continuously operational entities;

b) medical and pharmaceutical organizations;

c) the organizations providing the population with food and essential goods;

d) the organizations performing urgent works in the conditions of force majeure in other cases threatening life or normal vital conditions of the population;

e) the organizations which are carrying out urgent repair and handling work.

3. To federal bodies of the government to determine the number of the federal government employees providing from March 30 to April 3, 2020 functioning of these bodies.

4. To public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to determine depending on sanitary and epidemiologic situation in the corresponding territory of the Russian Federation the number of the government and local government officers providing from March 30 to April 3, 2020 functioning of these bodies.

5. To the organizations performing production and release of mass media to determine the number of the workers providing from March 30 to April 3, 2020 functioning of these organizations.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
