About formation of Federal assay chamber

For the purpose of enhancement of structure of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide No. 2-FKZ:

1. Form Federal assay chamber based on federal state institution "The Russian State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation", having given it the status of the Federal Service and having transferred functions of the specified organization.

2. Assign to Federal assay chamber of function on the state control (supervision) of production, use and the address of precious metals, use and the address of gemstones (except for functions on control when importing to the Russian Federation from the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the Russian Federation to the states which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union, gemstones).

3. Determine that the Federal assay chamber is under authority of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

c) approve regulations on Federal assay chamber;

d) establish the extreme number of staff of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal assay chamber in the quantity which is not exceeding the extreme number of staff of the liquidated federal state institution "The Russian State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation";

e) establish the salary fund of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Federal assay chamber;

e) provide entering into the legislation of the Russian Federation of the changes connected with implementation of this Decree;

g) provide in accordance with the established procedure offers on introduction of amendments to acts of the President of the Russian Federation according to this Decree;

h) bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

6. Determine that the federal state institution "The Russian State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" continues to perform the functions assigned to it before adoption by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on liquidation of the specified organization.

7. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
