No. 430-439, 1692), according to Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for production of electrical, heat energy and on water for the feed approved by the resolution of ANRE Administrative board No. 147/2004 of August 25, 2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 171-174, 335), the Methodology of determination and application of rates for the heat energy released to consumers, approved by the resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 482/2012 of September 6, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 234-236, 1330), and for the purpose of establishment of costs, strictly necessary for ensuring normal activities for production of electrical and heat energy and on rendering services in leave of heat energy, the DECIDES: NARE Administrative board
1. Approve the price of production of the electrical energy released from electroheating plant of JSC CET-Nord in the amount of 162 banning/kWh (excluding VAT).
2. Approve rate for the heat energy released to consumers of JSC CET-Nord in the amount of 1 220 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).
3. Declare invalid the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 112/2017 of March 17, 2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 85-91, 600).
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
5. This resolution can be disputed within 30 days in the publishing body.
