Based on part three of Item 6 and part seven of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2020 "About preparation and holding the World Ice Hockey Championship with washer" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 10

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion confirming purpose of imported goods for preparation and carrying out in 2021 in Minsk of the World Ice Hockey Championship with washer (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion about use of goods confirming expenditure, use, consumption, recognition of unfitness of goods for their further use, their free distribution, delivery to participants of the World Ice Hockey Championship with washer as prize attributes destruction and (or) irretrievable loss (are applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for issue of the conclusion confirming purpose of imported goods for preparation and carrying out in 2021 in Minsk of the World Ice Hockey Championship with washer

1. This Provision determines procedure for issue by the "Directorate on Holding the World Ice Hockey Championship with Washer of 2021" unitary enterprise (further, unless otherwise specified, - Directorate) the conclusion confirming purpose of imported goods for preparation and carrying out in 2021 in Minsk of the World Ice Hockey Championship with washer represented for release of goods from the value added tax to customs authority (tax authority - in case of commodity importation from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) (further, unless otherwise specified, - the conclusion).

2. Issue of the conclusion by Directorate is performed in form according to appendix 1.

3. For receipt of the conclusion the applicant files in Directorate petition in form according to appendix 2 (further, unless otherwise specified, – the statement).

The application is submitted to Directorate on paper and electronic carriers till June 6, 2021.

In case of import by Directorate of goods for preparation and carrying out in 2021 in Minsk of the World Ice Hockey Championship with washer filing of application for the purpose of receipt of the conclusion is not required.

4. The directorate by results of consideration of the application no later than 5 working days from the date of its registration issues to the applicant the conclusion.

The conclusion is drawn up on the form of Directorate with indication of registration number.

5. The directorate keeps in electronic form the register of the issued conclusions in form according to appendix 3.

6. The directorate no later than one working day following behind day of issue of the conclusion sends to the Minsk central customs in electronic form through system of interdepartmental electronic document management of state bodies in the Microsoft Excel format of the data on the conclusion issued by Directorate, containing in the register of the issued conclusions.

7. The decision on refusal in adoption of the statement is made by Directorate according to the procedure, No. 433-Z provided in article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "On bases of ministerial procedures".

8. In case of establishment of the facts of unauthenticity of the data which formed the basis for issue of the conclusion, the conclusion is subject to cancellation by Directorate from the date of its issue.

In case of decision making about cancellation of the conclusion the Directorate in writing informs on it applicants, the State Customs Committee (The Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection - in case of commodity importation from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) no later than 5 working days from the date of, the adoption of such decision following behind day.
