About issue of the conclusions (allowing documents)

For the purpose of accomplishment of the international obligations of the Republic of Belarus and according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 "About measures of non-tariff regulation" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 30

1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of the conclusions (allowing documents) for import of remedies of plants and other resistant organic pollutants it (is applied).

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

2.2. to add subitem 8.27 of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, with the paragraph of the following content:

"the conclusions (allowing documents) for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of remedies of the plants and other resistant organic pollutants which are subject to use in researches of laboratory scale and also as the reference standard, and their duplicates;";

2.3. to add the column "Name of Goods" of Item 8 of the list of the republican state bodies and other organizations performing application of other administrative measures of the regulation of foreign trade activity in trade with the third countries approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2016 No. 486, with the paragraph of the following content:
