About measures for development of the international motor transportations of loads
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of the international motor transportations of loads:
1. Determine that in 2020:
1.1. vehicles of ecological class 6, specified in appendix (further - vehicles), when importing to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and the room under customs procedure of release for internal consumption by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus are exempted from payment of the utilization collection and the value added tax levied by customs authorities;
1.2. the ecological class of the imported vehicles is confirmed by the corresponding entry in the certificate of conformity or in approval like the vehicle, issued according to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles".
2. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2020.
