To the citizens of the Russian Federation arriving to the territory of the Russian Federation (except for crew members of the aircraft performing airborne transportation, ocean and river crafts, train and locomotive crews of the international railway service, drivers of cars of the international automobile communication, and also the citizens of the Russian Federation driving to the Russian Federation through the onshore section of Frontier of the Russian Federation):

2.1. Provide filling of the questionnaire arriving to the territory of the Russian Federation before arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring sanitary and quarantine control at check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation.
