1. Enter from 00 hours 00 minutes on March 19, 2020 temporary restriction at all check-points of the omission through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic on entrance on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of citizens of foreign states and stateless persons, before official cancellation of this order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for:

- the accredited or appointed staff of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the foreign states in the Kyrgyz Republic accredited or the appointed staff of the international organizations and their representations located in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and also members of families of specified persons, in case of advance informing on their arrival through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- members of delegations of the foreign states and the international organizations going to the Kyrgyz Republic by the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the drivers performing the international freight transportation, crews and aircrew of aircrafts, train and locomotive crews of the international railway service;

- the staff of the State company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring daily functioning of the railroad in the territory of the adjacent states (the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan), according to passports (ID card);

- citizens of foreign states and stateless persons based on the official appeal of diplomatic representation and consular establishment of foreign state in the Kyrgyz Republic or diplomatic representation and consular establishment of the Kyrgyz Republic, in case of advance informing on their arrival through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that the citizens of foreign states and stateless persons which are in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in visa and visa-free procedure can leave from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic till July 1, 2020 without execution of exit visas and availability of registration in the place of stay.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to other interested state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate urgent measures following from this order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify on the taken measures specified in Item 1 of this order, the relevant airlines which interests can be infringed in connection with implementation of this order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 28, 2020 No. 61-r.

7. Control of execution of this order to assign to the relevant departments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
