About introduction of the offer on the announcement of emergency state
Based on article 19 of the Law No. 212/2004 on the modes of emergency, obsidional and warlike situation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 132-137, 696), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Take into consideration the Report of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova on need of the announcement of emergency state.
2. Make the offer to Parliament about the announcement of emergency state in all territory of the Republic of Moldova for the 60-day period.
3. Submit to Parliament for consideration the draft of the resolution of Parliament on the announcement of emergency state.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
