According to article 10 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed document form, confirming license availability (further - the license).

2. Determine that forms of licenses are documents of the strict reporting and treat the protected printed material.

3. To the federal executive bodies and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation performing licensing of separate types of activity:

provide since July 1, 2006 execution of the provided (renewed) licenses in the form approved by this resolution, except for those types of activity which licensing stops in 2007 according to the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity";

approve forms of statements for provision and of renewal of licenses, and also notifications, instructions, statements from registers of the licenses and other documents used in the course of licensing according to the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity".
