According to article 26 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on forming and maintaining the unified register of the certificates of conformity, provision containing in the specified register of data and on payment for provision of such data.
2. To the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation together with Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology and other interested federal executive bodies till September 1, 2006 to develop and approve procedure for transfer by certification bodies of data on the certificates of conformity issued by them in the unified register of the issued certificates of conformity.
3. To Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology together with the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to determine till September 1, 2006 the amount of payment for provision by requests of data on the issued certificates of conformity containing in the unified register of the issued certificates of conformity.
