For the purpose of consecutive realization of the large-scale reforms performed for the benefit of the people the draft of the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "Year of development of science, education and digital economy" on the basis of comprehensive discussion with participation of the general public is prepared.

implement practice of carrying out following the results of year of monitoring of how the people estimate each law accepted by Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also level of its efficiency with acceptance of adequate measures on remedial action;

take in 2020 practical and organizational measures on establishing activities of the Samarkand regional Kengash of People's Deputies as "exemplary Kengash", and also to implementation in activities of local representative bodies of institute of request of Kengash;

implement since July 1, 2020 in practice procedure for regular hearing at meetings of Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of information of heads of state bodies and bodies of economic board on their activities, and also members of the government and heads of industries about the carried-out work on accomplishment of Sustainable development goals of the United Nations, to development of science, education and digital economy;

implement since August 1, 2020 system of hearing in the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of reports of ambassadors of Uzbekistan in the foreign states, and also holding meetings of Kengash and committees of the Senate on the studied questions it is direct with departure on places with the assistance of heads of the ministries and departments for the purpose of the operational problem resolution concerning the population;

take measures for start till July 1, 2020 of mobile application of the Mening fikrim web portal, and also the organization of discussion in mass media of the addresses arriving on the web portal with involvement of deputies, specialists and the general public.
