About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 16 of the list of the sanatorium and improving organizations of the Republic of Belarus for realization of the right of citizens to sanatorium treatment and improvement with use of means of the national social insurance and the republican budget approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2007 No. 720, to state in the following edition:
"16. Republican sanatorium unitary enterprise "Sanatorium "Forest" of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus".";
1.2. "About establishment of the list of the organizations, their separate divisions performing sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population, turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of permits to sanatorium treatment and improvement by which are exempted from the value added tax" to state Item 16 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2012 to No. 219 in the following edition:
"16. Republican sanatorium unitary enterprise "Sanatorium "Forest" of Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus".";
