1. Approve Regulations on access to networks of electricity transmission for cross-border exchange and management of overloads in electric utility system it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on access to networks of electricity transmission for cross-border exchange and management of overloads in electric utility system approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 353/2016 of December 27, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 85-91, the Art. 595), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1199 of March 15, 2017.
3. To impose control of observance of this provision on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
