About approval of the Code of power networks

Based on h (4) Art. 53 and h (8) Art. 96 of the Law No. 107 of May 27, 2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 413), with subsequent changes, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve the Code of power networks.

2. In Technical regulations for the transferring power networks approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 266 of November 20, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 188-191, of the Art. 694), with subsequent changes, Art. 4 of the item and) and f), Art. 9 of the item g), the Art. 13, Chapter V "Conditions of accession to network of electricity transmission", Chapter VI "Testing, control and monitoring" and Chapter VII "Data exchange" are cancelled.

3. In Technical regulations for the distribution networks approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 267 of November 20, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 188-191, the Art. 695), Art. 12 of the item f) and Chapter V "Conditions of accession to distribution power networks" are cancelled.

4. To impose control of observance of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
