Questions of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of education
According to Item I decide 28 parts one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 30, 2010 No. 929 "About the State award of Ukraine in the field of education" (with the changes made by Decrees of March 13, 2013 No. 129, of April 2, 2013 No. 178, of July 29, 2016 No. 315 and of May 15, 2017 No. 131) the following changes:
1) in change of Article 2 to appoint Novosad Anna Igorevna - the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine - the chairman of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of education, having exempted from execution of these obligations L. Grinevich;
2) in partial change of Article 3 to approve new staff of Committee on the State award of Ukraine in the field of education it (is applied).
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
