2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after approval of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Regulations on Committee according to the statistics Ministries of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The committee according to the statistics of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing the functions assigned to it.

The main objectives of Committee are realization of state policy in the field of the state statistics.

14. Functions:

1) creates statistical methodology according to the international statistical standards;

3) approves statistical methodology on nation-wide statistical observations;

4) develops Rules and terms of carrying out national censuses;

5) is performed by maintaining the following statistical registers:

statistical business register;

statistical register of the population;

agricultural statistical register;

statistical register of housing stock;

6) provides bodies of the state statistics with statistical qualifiers by their placement on Internet resources of authorized body;

7) approves standard technique of conducting departmental classifications;

8) will organize and makes nation-wide statistical observations according to the plan of statistical works;

9) the procedure for their approval approves statistical forms for carrying out nation-wide and departmental statistical observations, instructions for their filling, and also;

10) is approved by procedure for representation by respondents of primary statistical data;

11) provides respondents with statistical forms and instructions for their filling in case of representation of primary statistical data by them;
