3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

Charter of "Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of Kaza Dikambayevicha Dikambayeva" organization

1. General provisions

1. The diplomatic academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of Kaza Dikambayevicha Dikambayeva (further - Academy) is the state educational organization of the higher, postgraduate and additional professional education.

2. In the activities the Academy is guided by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", "About science and about fundamentals of the state scientific and technical policy", the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education which came in the procedure established by the law into force international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Ministry), the Ministries of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and this Charter.

3. The academy is effective according to licenses in the field of the higher, postgraduate and additional professional education in the directions of preparation of bachelor degree, magistracy, postgraduate study, occupational retraining and advanced training of government employees.

4. The academy conducts preparation of research documents, information and research opinions, performs expert activities for urgent international and regional problems, questions of cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with foreign countries and interactions within the international and regional organizations according to the subjects determined by the Ministry.

5. The academy independently performs the functions referred to its competence and is accountable to the Ministry. Control of compliance of activities of Academy to the purposes provided by this Charter performs the Ministry.
