According to item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 23, 2016 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 No. 384" and Item 1.3 of the schedule of actions for preparation and carrying out population census of the Republic of Belarus of 2019 approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2018 No. 5, based on subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, I ORDER to No. 953:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for preparation and carrying out population census of the Republic of Belarus of 2019 in the organizations of health care of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Instruction) it (is applied).
2. To chiefs of head departments on health care (health care) of regional executive committees, the chairman of Healthcare Committee of the Minsk city executive committee to provide preparation and carrying out population census in the subordinate organizations of health care according to the approved Instruction.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Pinevich D. L.
