Some questions of pension payment to separate categories of citizens

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) since January 1, 2020 pension payment, appointed according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service, and some other persons" till March 1, 2018 (except pensions to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies (militia) and the police officer) and counted since January 1, 2018 taking into account the salary size on position, military (special) ranks, percentage length-of-service allowance on the corresponding or similar position which person held for date of dismissal from service (for date of business trip for work in public authorities, local government bodies or in the bodies created by them, on the companies, in organizations, the organizations, institutions of higher education) which are determined as of March 1, 2018 according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2017 No. 704 "About cash cover of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure and some other persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 77, the Art. 2374), is performed in the increased size taking into account 100 percent of the amount of increase in the pension determined as of March 1, 2018;

2) pension which since January 1, 2016 is counted from the amount of cash cover on the equated police officer's position (taking into account surcharges to the former size of pension, the increases, indexation and other pension supplements established by the legislation (except increases, the additional pension, the target monetary assistance, pension for special merits in front of Ukraine determined by the law) is paid to faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies (militia) since January 1, 2020, and payment of 100 percent of difference between the monthly size of the raised pension calculated since January 1, 2016, and the monthly size of the pension received by person from January 1, 2016 till December 31, 2017, before ensuring complete payment of the calculated difference amount is monthly made.

2. Items 1 - 3 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2018 No. 103 "About pension recalculation to persons who are discharged from military service, and some other categories of persons" (2018, No. 20, the Art. 662) to exclude the Official Bulletin of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
